Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected on the Nadzeya AI website, for what purpose it is processed, to whom it may be disclosed, and what rights visitors to the site have in this regard. The policy has been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR / RODO).

1. Who processes the data

The controller of personal data is Nadzeya Lazitskaya, a natural person operating under the name Nadzeya AI, Republic of Poland.

2. What data is collected

When you fill out the "Describe your task" form, the following is processed:

• name;
• contact details (email or Telegram);
• the selected service category;
• the text of your message about the task;
• a link to your website or materials (if provided voluntarily).

When using the site, with your consent, technical visit data may also be collected (anonymized statistics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) — more details in the Cookie Policy.

The site does not collect special categories of data (about health, origin, beliefs, etc.) and does not request them through the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

• Processing requests and correspondence about a task — based on taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and within the scope of further cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Website traffic analytics — based on your consent, obtained via the cookie banner (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
• Responding to questions sent directly by email or Telegram — based on the controller's legitimate interest in maintaining communication with people who reach out (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who the data is shared with

Data from the contact form is transferred to and stored in Google Sheets (a service of Google LLC), used as a working tool for processing requests. Analytics data (with consent) is processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation).

Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the site administrator has access to the data.

5. Transfer of data outside the EEA

Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are carried out on the basis of mechanisms provided for under the GDPR — Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, as applied by these companies as data recipients.

6. Data retention period

Request data is stored no longer than necessary to process the request and any subsequent communication about the project — as a rule, no more than 24 months from the last contact, unless longer retention is required to perform a contract, for accounting purposes, or by legal obligation. Analytics data is retained in line with Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's retention settings.

7. Data subject rights

With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy of it;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of data ("the right to be forgotten");
• request restriction of processing;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• receive your data in a structured format (the right to data portability);
• withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland this is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

8. Automated decision-making

The site does not use automated decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects for visitors.
