Frequently Asked Questions

Here are the questions people ask most often before we start working together. If you didn't find an answer to yours, just get in touch — we'll figure it out.

01

It's the start of the season for my products, and I need to launch three ad campaigns this month and start generating leads. I already have photos and videos of my products and a clear idea of how I want to sell them. Can you organise the whole launch for me?

Yes. But before launching anything, we'll first check whether the whole system is actually ready to handle incoming leads.

It's not enough to create ad creatives and launch the campaigns. We need to understand where people will land after clicking the ad, how they will submit an enquiry, where their details will go, and who will handle those enquiries afterwards.

If your website, forms and lead management process are already in place, we can move straight to preparing and launching the campaigns. If something is missing, we'll first fix only what is necessary for the advertising to work properly.

The goal isn't simply to launch ads and spend the budget. It's to make sure your business is ready to handle the enquiries the campaigns may generate.

02

I need a landing page for a product launch because I currently have nowhere to send potential customers. I need a simple page with a contact form and notifications whenever someone submits it. Can you do that?

Yes. I can create the landing page, add a contact form and set up notifications for new enquiries.

Notifications can be sent to your email or Telegram, whichever is more convenient. If needed, the form data can also be automatically saved to a spreadsheet.

If the copy and main materials for the page are already prepared, a landing page like this can usually be completed quite quickly, within a few days. The exact timeframe depends on the size of the page and my current workload.

03

I already have an offline product that works well and that people know and love. I'd like to turn it into an online product so more people can access it. Can you help me with that?

Yes. First, we'll look at how your product works now and decide what needs to be adapted for the online format while keeping its value and avoiding unnecessary complexity.

Depending on the project, I can help structure the online product, create a website or landing page, prepare presentations and supporting materials, visuals and video, registration and enquiry forms, a chatbot and any necessary automations.

04

We already have a visual identity and brand guidelines. We need a series of creative AI visuals based on them. Can you keep our existing style consistent when generating the new materials?

Yes. If you already have an established visual identity and brand guidelines, I can create AI visuals that follow them so the new materials feel consistent with the rest of your brand.

Before starting, I review your existing materials, brand guidelines and references to understand what needs to remain consistent: colour palette, mood, composition, visual language and overall style.

The new creatives are then produced within that existing visual system.

05

I only need to automate one specific function, for example handling enquiries or sending materials. I don't want to build a complicated new system around it. Can you automate just that one process without changing everything else?

First, I'll look at how your current process works, which platforms you already use and whether the automation can be integrated into them.

If your existing services allow it, I'll add the automation directly into your current workflow without changing the parts that already work.

06

I need help with content because my goal is to attract clients, but I'm worried I'll spend money on content for the sake of content and it won't bring any business. Can you guarantee that if you manage my social media, you'll bring me clients?

I can't guarantee a specific number of clients from content alone. The result depends not only on what we publish, but also on the product itself, the offer, the audience, pricing, sales process and other factors.

But I don't create content simply for the sake of posting regularly. We start with your business goal, product and audience, and build content that introduces people to you, shows the value of what you do, answers their questions and gradually moves them towards taking action.

Then we look at which topics and formats get the strongest response, what brings people to your profile, website or messages, and adjust the content based on that.

07

I need regular content for different social media platforms, but I don't have the time or desire to constantly film myself. Can this be solved with an AI avatar?

Yes. We can create several versions of your AI avatar once and then use them regularly for future content.

For each new video, you no longer need to organise another shoot. You simply prepare the script, create the voiceover and assemble the video with subtitles, additional footage, graphics and editing.

You can create these videos yourself, someone on your team can do it, or I can take care of the production for you.

In most cases, this is much faster than recording new talking videos every time, while still allowing you to publish consistently across different platforms.

08

Our project needs several things at once: a website, strategy, visuals and automation. Can you handle all of this as one project, or will we still need to find several different specialists?

Yes. If the tasks are connected, they can be handled within one project.

I look at the project as a whole and build the individual parts so they work together rather than as separate, disconnected pieces. You don't need to find a different contractor for every individual task.

If a particular part of the project requires an additional specialist, I'll let you know in advance.

09

What if we decide to change or add something while the project is already in progress?

Small revisions during the project are completely normal. Before we begin, we agree on the task, scope of work and expected result.

The agreed price includes a set number of revision rounds so that details can be adjusted after reviewing the work in progress.

If a new task appears or the scope itself changes, for example you decide to add another page, feature, video or something that wasn't included originally, that is treated as additional work.

In that case, we first agree on the additional cost and timing, and only then add the new work to the project.
